FeeDialoog
To get the most out of feedback you received, to use it in a developmental way and thus move from feedback receiver to feedback user, we offer the 'FeeDialogue' card game. To play the game, each player needs feedback they received. During the game, in dialogue with others, you give meaning to your received feedback by analysing and interpreting it. Then, based on that reflection, you think about appropriate actions for the future. Finally, you summarize the results of this dialogue. The game also includes a unique NAN card that ensures that the dialogue remains neutral and that each player can give meaning to reflections and actions. Further instructions on how to play are explained on the included rules card.

Duration of the game van het spel
We recommend taking as much time as necessary to achieve deep reflection. Keep in mind the attention span of the players. A playing time of minimum 60 and maximum 120 minutes is often used for a group of 3 or 4 people.
